Without this, students will not be considered for registration. APAAR ID is part of the One Nation, One Student ID initiative and must be linked during registration.
What is the Registration Schedule for Schools?

No extension will be given beyond these dates. The registration fee must be paid online only, using Internet Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, NEFT, or RTGS.
What Happens After Data Submission?
After the last date, a data verification slip will be generated by the schools for each student. If any correction is required in the name, date of birth, or subject, it can only be done between 14 November 2025 and 28 November 2025. After this window, no correction will be allowed by CBSESubmission_Registration_Data_Cl….
What Must Schools Ensure During Registration?
- Only regular bonafide students should be registered.
- No eligible student’s name should be left unregistered.
- Data like name, date of birth, subject codes must be absolutely correct.
- Students from unaffiliated or unauthorized schools must not be registered.
- Full names of students and parents must be entered; abbreviations are not allowed.
What are the Responsibilities of Principals and Teachers?
Principals must hold meetings with teachers, class coordinators, and data entry officials to ensure clarity on the circular. They must also brief students and parents about:
- Importance of correct data submission
- Correct subject selection
- Consequences of mistakes in registration
Parents will be required to sign and confirm the correctness of student details.
What Happens if Schools Commit Errors?
The Board has highlighted that in the past, schools submitted wrong data, left students unregistered, or provided fake details. This year, CBSE has warned that no excuses will be accepted. Schools will be held accountable for timely and error-free data submission.
Why is This Circular Important for Students?
Only those students whose names are registered now will be eligible to appear for the CBSE Class X and XII Board Examinations in 2026–27. Students and parents must therefore check their details very carefully at the time of registration.
