What is the Key Announcement in the Circular?

The Board has made APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) mandatory for students of Classes IX and XI in all CBSE schools situated in India. Without this, students will not be considered for registration. APAAR ID is part of the One Nation, One Student ID initiative and must be linked during registration.

What is the Registration Schedule for Schools?

  • Without late fee: 16 September 2025 to 16 October 2025
  • With late fee: 17 October 2025 to 31 October 2025

No extension will be given beyond these dates. The registration fee must be paid online only, using Internet Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, NEFT, or RTGS.

After the last date, a data verification slip will be generated by the schools for each student. If any correction is required in the name, date of birth, or subject, it can only be done between 14 November 2025 and 28 November 2025.
