The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced Capacity Building Programmes (CBPs) on the ‘Kaushal Vikas’ textbook for teachers teaching Class IX.
The training programmes will be conducted in face-to-face (offline) mode at multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh. The notification follows CBSE Notification No. Skill-91/2026 dated 21 July 2026.

Offline Training Programmes to Be Held in Greater Noida, Kanpur and Ghaziabad
CBSE will organise the training programmes on 1 August 2026 and 4 August 2026. The Board has asked schools to ensure that teachers teaching the Kaushal Vikas textbook to Class IX participate in the programme for its effective implementation in schools.
