What is India AI Impact Festival 2025?
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in collaboration with NITI Aayog (Atal Innovation Mission), NIELIT, Ministry of Education, and Intel India is organising the next edition of the India AI Impact Festival 2025.
This national platform will bring together students, educators, and institutions to showcase AI and AIoT innovations as well as best practices.
The theme for this year is ‘AI Innovation for Social Impact’, which will inspire participants to design AI-driven solutions that empower underserved communities and foster inclusive growth.
Who Can Participate in the Festival?
The circular mentions three major categories for entries.

How Will Entries Be Evaluated?
The evaluation process will take place in three stages:
- Stage 1 – A third-party agency will evaluate entries and shortlist the top 15 projects in each category.
- Stage 2 – Shortlisted entries will be mentored by AI experts from academia and industry. Students can resubmit improved versions.
- Stage 3 – A panel of experts will identify top 3 winners in each category and announce special mentions.
