Don’t Miss Out! When Will Your Class 5 Results Be Announced and How Can You Prepare?

Jalandhar: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is finalizing the results for Class 5 students, as the annual exams for non-board classes have now concluded. Schools must upload the marks of Class 5 students on the E-Punjab portal by today, March 27, 2025, to ensure the timely release of results.

Class 5 Results Set to be Announced Earlier Than Usual

According to the Punjab Education Department and the Examination and Evaluation Committee, this year’s Class 5 board exam results will be announced earlier than in previous years due to a public holiday on March 31. The board has confirmed that results will be declared on March 29, 2025. To facilitate this, schools are required to complete the school-level assessments and verification at the district level.

The board has made it clear that any incorrect data will be the responsibility of the respective school. Starting April 10, 2025, students will be able to download their digital marksheets and grades from the E-Punjab portal.

Important Guidelines for Schools and Parents

The board has also emphasized the importance of accurate attendance records. Any student who was absent will be marked as such in the results, and their exams will not be considered valid. To help resolve any issues with the results, a special helpline will be launched in May 2025.

Additionally, parents are encouraged to review their child’s performance and discuss it with teachers during the upcoming Parents-Teacher Meeting. Schools are urged to submit the final assessment data by the deadline to ensure a smooth process for the result declaration.
