Who Can Apply for Lado Laxmi Yojana?
To qualify for the ₹2,100 financial assistance, women must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Basic Eligibility Criteria
- Registration on the Antyodaya Saral Portal – Women must register on the official portal to benefit from this scheme.
- BPL (Below Poverty Line) Card – The applicant must be from a family earning less than ₹1.8 lakh per year.
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID Card) – A valid Family ID card is required for all applicants.
- Aadhaar-linked Bank Account – To facilitate Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), applicants must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account.

- You are a woman from Haryana.
- You belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family earning less than ₹1.8 lakh per year.
- You possess a Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) or Family ID Card.
- Your Aadhaar card is linked to a valid bank account for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Following the budget presentation, Congress leader and former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda raised concerns about the implementation of announced schemes, accusing the government of neglecting ground realities.
