The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a new notification announcing Exposure Visits for CBSE School Principals to reputed universities and institutions of eminence across India. The initiative, scheduled for January 2026, aims to strengthen skill and vocational education in schools in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

CBSE Focuses on Skill Education Through Real-World Exposure

CBSE has been promoting skill education in its affiliated schools from Class VI onwards. To take this effort a step further, the Board is now organising exposure visits for school principals. Through these visits, principals will get direct exposure to best practices, explore collaboration opportunities with higher education institutions, and understand new trends in skill-based and experiential learning.
