Capacity Building Programme to Train Teachers in Artificial Intelligence for Skill Education
No Fee Required – Online Sessions Begin from April 2025
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in collaboration with Intel has announced a series of online Capacity Building Programmes (CBPs) for teachers who are teaching Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Classes IX and X.
These CBPs aim to equip teachers with the required skills to teach AI effectively as a skill subject in schools. The initiative supports schools that have already introduced or plan to introduce Artificial Intelligence in class 9 and 10.
The training will be conducted free of cost, and the sessions will be held online, ensuring easy participation from across India.
Key Points for Schools and Teachers
- The programme is meant only for teachers who have not attended these CBPs before.
- CBSE Schools must nominate eligible teachers using the official Google registration links.
- Participants are advised to use a laptop or desktop to attend the sessions smoothly.
- The joining link for the session will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of registration.
