CBSE Postpones Principals' Exposure Visit

New Delhi, May 9, 2025 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the postponement of the upcoming exposure visit for school principals and heads of institutions. The Exposure Visit of CBSE School Principals was initially scheduled for May 16 and 17, 2025 (Friday and Saturday) at CT University, located in Ludhiana, Punjab.

In a notification issued on Thursday, CBSE stated that the decision has been taken in view of the prevailing emergent situation. While the nature of the situation was not specified, officials assured that new dates for the program will be communicated soon.

The CBSE exposure visits are designed to provide practical learning and insight into educational innovation, allowing school leaders to connect and engage with higher education institutions and industry partners. The visit to CT University was expected to host a large number of participating school heads from across India.

The board has urged all concerned institutions to stay updated via official channels. For any queries related to the event, CBSE has directed schools to email the Department of Skill Education at skedu-77@cbseshiksha.in. The notice was signed by Dr. Biswajit Saha, Director (Skill Education), CBSE.
