The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the syllabus for the academic session 2025-26. The new cbse syllabus is available for classes 9 to 12. CBSE Students enrolled in these classes can download it from the official CBSE website cbseacademic.nic.in.
CBSE Students can start their further studies keeping the syllabus in mind. Additionally, schools can also begin the new session according to the new syllabus.

Dr. Praggya M Singh, Director (Academic), stated that the curriculum includes comprehensive guidelines on academic content, syllabus for examinations, learning outcomes, recommended academic practices, and assessment frameworks for classes 9 to 12. She has instructed schools to follow these guidelines.
Dr. Singh mentioned that subjects should be taught according to the prescribed syllabus, integrating experiential learning, competency-based assessment, and interdisciplinary approaches to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and application.
How to download the New CBSE Syllabus:
To download the curriculum for classes 10 and 12, students must first visit the official website www.cbseacademic.nic.in. Then, go to the Academic tab. After that, click on the ‘Senior Secondary Syllabus link for session 2025-26.’
A new page will open where you can download the syllabus for the new session according to your class and subject.
When will the CBSE board 10th and 12th results be announced?
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the 10th board examinations from February 15 to March 18, 2025. Since the exams have concluded, students are waiting for the results to be announced.
CBSE Students waiting for the results should know that after the cbse exams are completed, the cbse board will evaluate the answer sheets, after which the results (CBSE 10th Result 2025) will be announced. According to last year’s reports, the CBSE is expected to declare the results in May 2025.
