NCERT Inviting Registration for Free Online Training on “Celebrating Specific Learning Disabilities in Inclusive Classrooms”
The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT, in collaboration with Changeinkk, has announced a five-day online training programme titled “Celebrating Specific Learning Disabilities in Inclusive Classrooms.”
The training will be held from 27th to 31st October 2025, and registration is open until 27th October 2025.
This initiative aims to help teachers, educators, and parents better understand Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs) and build inclusive classrooms that cater to diverse learning needs.
Different Paths, Same Destination: Brilliance
Every child learns differently—some through books, others through music, art, or exploration.
Recognising this, CIET-NCERT and Changeinkk are creating a platform to discuss the unique challenges and strengths of children with learning differences such as Dyslexia (reading difficulty), Dysgraphia (writing difficulty), Dyscalculia (math difficulty), Dysphasia (speech/language difficulty), and Dyspraxia (coordination difficulty).
The goal is to encourage teachers to adopt inclusive practices and use flexible teaching strategies so that every learner can succeed, regardless of how they process information.
What Is the Objective of This Training?
The upcoming training seeks to:
- Raise awareness about Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs) among teachers and parents.
- Help educators identify early signs of learning differences in children.
- Share inclusive teaching techniques, learning aids, and classroom adaptations.
- Promote empathy, understanding, and neurodiversity in schools.
Through this initiative, CIET-NCERT continues to align with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which promotes inclusive and equitable quality education for all learners.
How Can Teachers Register for the Training?

Why This Initiative Matters
In India, many students face learning challenges that often go unnoticed or misunderstood.
By equipping teachers with the right tools and understanding, this training aims to transform classrooms into inclusive, empathetic learning spaces.
The focus is on celebrating every learner’s unique strengths, rather than viewing their challenges as limitations.
