To make the process easier, CBSE has also released an official YouTube video explaining every step of the verification and re-evaluation process. The video gives complete guidance on how students can raise issues, select subjects, upload details, and complete payment online.
According to the video transcript, students can raise issues for multiple subjects in one attempt. They can also choose several issues together instead of applying separately for each one.
Issues Students Can Report During Verification
During the verification process, students can report several specific problems found in their scanned answer books. CBSE listed the following options in the system:
- Missing pages
- Supplementary copy missing

- Map missing
- Blurred scanned answer book
- Answer book does not belong to the student
- Evaluation done with the wrong question paper set

The video also warns students to review every detail before locking the application. Once students click the “freeze and proceed to payment” option, they cannot edit the request again. After final submission, students must complete the payment online to confirm the application.
