NEET and JEE preparation will now be free! Registration started on ‘Saathi’ portal, 11th-12th students will get free coaching content

New Delhi – A great news for lakhs of students of the country! Now students do not have to depend on expensive coaching institutes to prepare for difficult entrance exams like NEET and JEE.

The Ministry of Education has taken a special initiative for the students – ‘Saathi’ portal (SATHEE – Self Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams), where NEET and JEE preparation will be done completely free of cost.

New batches will start from 25 April, registration link released. New batches are being started on ‘Saathi’ portal from 25 April 2025. Students can register from now. The link of the portal is: https://sathee.prutor.ai

So far more than 11.11 lakh students have registered on this portal, which shows its popularity and impact.

What is SATHEE portal? Why is it special?

SATHEE (Self Assessment, Test and Help for Entrance Exams) is an initiative by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in association with Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur ( IIT Kanpur), to give students a free learning and assessment platform.

The preparation material will be available in English, Hindi and other regional languages of India to prepare for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CLAT, ICAR, SSC, BANK PO etc exams.

SATHEE initiative aims to connect the students and professors from India’s premier institutes with students preparing for the exams to help them in the preparation of the competitive exams like engineering and medical entrance exams, who lack guidance.

This portal has been developed jointly by IIT Kanpur and Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The aim of SATHEE is to provide equal opportunities to the students, so that even economically weaker students can realize big dreams.

Facilities like quality content, video lectures, test series, revision as per syllabus and recorded-live classes are available on the portal for preparation of NEET and JEE.

Which students will get the benefit?

• Students who are studying in class 11th and 12th and preparing for NEET or JEE.
• This portal is most useful for the students preparing for the examinations to be held in 2025 and 2026.

No fee, completely free coaching

The Ministry of Education has made it clear that the coaching services being provided on this portal are 100% free. Students will not have to pay any fees. This portal has been specially created for those students who cannot afford expensive coaching.
